H&H’s Eden House brand at neighbourhood scale rather than tower scale. Seven buildings, each with its own plan, sit in landscaped grounds on the canal boardwalk in Al Wasl, ten minutes from Downtown and DIFC. DXB Lab set the seven buildings low and let their elevations curve with the canal, glazing them wide so the green between them reads from inside every apartment. Interiors hold marble, natural wood and floor-to-ceiling glass, with private balconies throughout; the four-bedroom penthouses take wrap-around terraces looking over the canal and the city. The same practice designed Eden House Za’abeel.
