Where the canal meets the Gulf, sky, land and water hold each other in balance.
A new peninsula community of residences, boutique retail and two hotels, built to an exacting standard at the point where the Dubai Canal opens into the Arabian Gulf. It arcs around a private marina, in a district engineered for calm rather than spectacle.

Natural materials, soft fabrics, coastal light.
1508 London clads the entrance in Calacatta marble and timber panelling, setting the register before the door opens. Living rooms are held wide and low to the glass, so the water carries the room from morning blues through to the reds at dusk. Kitchens pair richly veined marble with travertine and brass; bedrooms turn quieter, in light woods and textured fabric.
An architecture measured against the horizon and the movement of the water it stands in.
The residences follow the curve of the marina as a sequence of buildings at the Gulf's edge, towers anchoring either end above the boulevard, linked by terraces and bridges.
RSHP stands behind some of the most exclusive residential addresses in the world — One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge and One Monte-Carlo among them. The Peninsula is their Dubai entry.
"We wanted to create an exciting, yet elegant new waterfront district for Dubai, one that integrated contemporary architecture with an unrivaled collection of amenities, including world-class retail and hospitality. All inspired by the natural beauty of its coastal location."
